ART:
I wanted to create a Canadian design inspired by nature.
What better way to represent Canada than the symbolic maple leaf. I collected and creatively photographed a series of fall maple leaves in all shapes and sizes. In this design you will find a plethora of colours ranging from deep burgundy reds, bright reds, maroons, oranges, to burnt yellows and mustard yellows. After photographing the leaves, I combined them into this composition, complimented with the textures of brushstrokes.
FABRIC:
- Shell is made from spun poly, 92% polyester, 8% spandex knit fabric
- The fabrics are highly pill-resistant
- Every beanie is printed and sewn by hand in Montreal, Canada
- Vibrant print will never fade with wear or washing
- Machine wash cold with a phosphate free detergent, lay flat to dry
